Looks good, but he builds a lot, instead of using bike parts.
It's a very low frame and also a good base as you want to make a velomobile.

He has several versions of that frame with different constructions and even front suspension.

The website yes, but the pdf not.
But with the Microsoft translate app, you can translate it. Choose image in the app and choose the pdf. It will translate it.

I must say that the translation comes with some strange sentences, so I switched back to German.

I looked ad the pdf and he didn't make it easy for him self, but it looks if it comes out of a factory that way. Especially how he did the rear wheel with the round to flat. He made it round and in the pdf he shows how he did it.
 
I love his upright design all below the axle to get the chassis so low. His steering is also very interesting in that it must just sit in his lap being free to to move anywhere.
