I'm about to start building the "Warrior Racing Trike" but can't find specification for:

how many feet for the project start to finish need to purchase of {"1.5 inch square tubing -wall thickness as close to .0625 inch" (1/16) as can get}.

how many feet for the project start to finish need to purchase of { "¾ inch square tubes - no less than 1/16 inch (16 gauge)"- for the brake support tubes.

what type of tubing or flat metal will I need for the miscellaneous small 'plates and tabs'.

Please help me. Roberto

Depends how good a welder you are and how many mistakes you make.
There is no "cutting list" you have to work it out for yourself and then add whatever "contingency" you feel is required.

I generally use 3mm thick bar for most bike or trike applications. Only very high stress areas would get anything thicker.
