Super helpful Ebay seller (or not)

I thought I'd look into better hubs for my trike build, ones with disk brakes. Better but also still very cheap. And since this is a fat tire bike, nothing is cheap! To Ebay we go. I found a pair of hubs for $99 that I could get but only if I didn't have to go spend another $60 on spokes! So I thought I'd ask the seller the hub dimensions so that I could determine if I could re-use the spokes. I found the exchange rather entertaining, I thought you might too. Order not placed, by the way... (Read from the bottom up)

I would buy elsewhere, or buy and be prepared to measure it all up for yourself and spring for new spokes.

Seems like a seller that is more interested in the money exchange in preference to the product(s) he is selling and I guess there are many more like him.
