I found a scrap of this....

.... in a skip yesterday. It is a single substance honeycombed plastic which after some trawling I believe to be called ThermHex. It's very light and very strong. This particular piece is 280mm long, 120mm wide, 5mm thick and deflects only 3mm with a 2kg load on it and that's with those cut-outs. As evidenced the automotive industry uses it. This particular piece is for a Transit van load compartment so is designed to take some abuse. It's 400 gsm against 5mm correx's 1000 gsm.

This product would appear ideal for making trikes from whether used as chassis members for the thicker versions or just as panelling (which would also reinforce a flimsy frame) in 3.5mm thick on a covered trike.

Also selling it https://modelshop.co.uk/Shop/Item/ThermHex-3-5-600-1200mm/ITM8121 and https://www.cfsnet.co.uk/cgi-bin/sh000002.pl?WD=thermhex&PN=THERM-NNPTHE_006.html#SID=8528 and probably others.

It gets formed into complex shapes for cars but that process probably involves heat and a large press into a former. You may be able to bend it if you can heat it enough.
